After moving back to Philly and taking a break from dental care due to the pandemic I chose to start fresh at Rittenhouse Dental Group. I felt extremely welcomed and taken care of from the first call. My treatment began with full scaling which can be an unpleasant experience. Again, from scheduling to the care of the hygienist it could not have gone smoother and the results were great. My follow up cleaning visits were the same and my mouth feels healthier than ever. I also began an Invisalign treatment. I have always been self conscious about my smile and after putting off a solution for many years I was ready for a change. I’m glad I waited till I was in the hands of this group because they made the process seamless. From expectation setting, to planning and billing options. Thoughtful service the entire way. I work a 60hr per week job and also have a child and they were able to cater to specific appointment needs throughout, always in friendly way. I was told the Invisalign plan would take just under a year to achieve the results we were looking for. Along with the teams direction (and some personal discipline) the plan worked out perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Working in hospitality makes you appreciate customer service/care that much more and this group has it in every staff member. I look forward to my continued care with them and would recommend anyone looking for a similar experience to reach out to them!

Everyone here is so incredibly kind and so wonderful at their jobs! It’s so easy to schedule an appointment, Amy at the front desk is willing to communicate via text which is so helpful for me. Also, Dr Huang and her team are super upfront about pricing when something is not covered by dental insurance - I was never surprised by an extra cost after the fact, was always asked if it was ok to proceed once a procedure or treatment was recommended and the cost was discussed. I always feel very taken care of! I highly recommend them to everyone I know!!!!

I am thankful to have found this practice, as I have been treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and respect since the day I arrived. Dr. Huang and her staff are excellent. Clinically, I feel like Dr. Huang really works hard to find workable solutions to my dental issues. This is not always easy, but she is always willing to both listen to what I have to say as a patient as well as to explain all clinical options thoroughly. Her office staff is also kind and helpful, and they have always helped me work out issues with my insurer, worked with my schedule as far as finding appointment times that would work for me, and more. All in all, I am very thankful to be able to get the level of care that I get at this office.

Super kind and informative team here. I am from out of town and needed to get a 6 month check up and was able to schedule everything online and do my paperwork on my phone beforehand. I came in and they called me by name which made me feel special and supported. Dr talked to me about some options for Invisalign but nothing felt like just a sale or pushy. The cleaning was quick and easy. They were even able to rush order a new night guard for me because I was leaving town soon. Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Huang is amazing! I can't sing her praises enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and very clear when explaining issues and recommended course of action. She is also very kind and gentle- my fear of needles can be pretty crippling but I honestly did not feel a thing when she administered them. The office and staff have created such a wonderful and welcoming environment that when I go in for a procedure I immediately feel a sense of calm. Dr. Huang and her staff do a great job. Easy to schedule, pleasant office. When she finds a problem, she will take the time to explain the situation clearly and help talk you through all of the options. I've had some dentists who just left the money part in the patient's lap and didn't want to deal with it or talk about it, but not Dr. Huang. She's compassionate about the struggles with insurance policies and understands the financial burden as well as the health needs. She truly cares about your situation. She is also thorough and precise with procedures. I have received multiple crowns from her that were done perfectly, removing pain I had suffered under for a long time.

I started going to Rittenhouse Dental Group as a new patient in 2020, the staff and reception are very friendly and accommodating when looking to book or change appointments. The office was very clean and took all Covid protocols necessary to make their patients feel safe. My initial appointment was for a scheduled teeth cleaning but ended up needing to return to get a crown put in. Dr. Jian Huang did my teeth cleaning and crown procedure and was very informative throughout the whole process and answered any and all questions I had. It was apparent she showed an interest in fixing my oral health and presented all options available for me to make informed decisions on how to move forward. The office also gave me detailed information on what my insurance would cover and what would be an out of pocket expense for me. I would strongly recommend anyone to make an appointment with Dr. Jian Huang and the Rittenhouse Dental Group for their dental needs.

I’ve always had high anxiety going to the dentist. I also have a mouth full of fillings that are now having to be replaced with crowns. I’ve only had two dentists my whole life. Im a few years from the senior discounts. Due to insurance changes I had to go to a new dentist. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Pesis and his staff. Their personalities and mannerisms helped me relax and feel safe. The Netflix goggles took care of the rest. I actually got two crowns and a cavity filled in one month. Im amazed. I have seen Dr. Huang for about a year, and I am thoroughly pleased. Dr. Huang's office is very professional, and all communication is clear and timely. Each time I see Dr. Huang, I get a summary of services to be performed, and a review of options to pursue for all new treatments. Moreover, Dr. Huang is very transparent about insurance coverage and she discusses all concerns prior to beginning treatment. I have been to many dental offices, but none of them match the tight ship that is Rittenhouse Dental Group. All the staff are friendly and courteous, but most especially Dr. Huang. I definitely recommend Dr. Huang and her staff. After finding myself in need of some dental work, I did some research and found this practice based on the great reviews and the fact that they were in-network with my insurance. Dr. Huang and her staff were very kind, patient, and attentive. Unsure of what my insurance covered/didn't covered and to what extend, her staff took the time to explain the billing process and the risks/benefits of proceeding with the work before receiving prior authorization from the insurance. Dr. Huang was very thorough in her work and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. When I ran into an issue with my insurance not covering a service, the staff submitted multiple appeals to reverse the decision. I ended up having the work covered and was reimbursed for what I paid upfront in a timely manner. This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had.

I am from California so it wasn't easy for me when I wanted to find a good dentist at Philadelphia. I searched online and found Dr. Jian Huang at Rittenhouse Dental Group. I read some good reviews about her so I decided to give it a try. I was there for a regular cleaning and a teeth whitening. Dr. Huang was patient and friendly during the whole process. Her staff was also patiently explaining every procedure about teeth whitening. One hour later, I couldn't believe my yellow teeth for the past 60 years turned shinny white! Although insurance didn't cover teeth whitening, but it is so worthy of it!! Now I can smile like a movie star! I am so happy about the service and I highly recommend Dr. Huang!

By far the best dental experience I've ever had! The office administrators, clinicians and certainly Dr. Modesto were very professional and accommodating. I initially phoned Rittenhouse Dental Group with a "semi" dental emergency. They took me in right away and within 30 minutes I was finished and on my way back to work. Dr. Modesto recommended a proactive dental plan that was both practical and affordable. I've subsequently been back for cleanings, whitenings and cosmetic adjustments.
